In Edge, click on the three little dots (...) in the top right corner of the browser and click on Settings. Scroll down to View advanced settings and switch the Show the home button to On. A text area will appear where you can enter the URL that will be used for the "Home" button.

Is that correct?

Adding a Start Page is different. It's under Settings (when you click on the three little dots), then under Open with you check A specific page or pages and select Custom in the drop down list and then enter the URL of your desired start page. You can set multiple start up pages, and remove them individually by clicking on the little X on their right.
