Today is a great day, because the public beta for IOS 9.1 is now downloadable on Iphone, Ipod Touch and Ipad 5th generation and 6th generation. Now this includes a whole lot of new features, fixes and tweaks to the IOS operating system, however I do not recommend downloading the beta, because it might have a whole lot of bugs and security holes in it, but if you are willing to try it then this is the time to do so.

Step 1:

Go to the following address: https://idmsa.apple.com/IDMSWebAuth/classicLogin.html?appIdKey=4b98a8e6a3a3ce265b93c90207c442b53c45a1afa9ff1dc9bde8bb6928078d3b&path=%2F%2Fbetaprogram%2Fredemption&rv=2&view=3 and sign in with your apple id using you email address and password.

Step 2:

After logging in you will be brought to a page up the top it will say "Enroll Your Devices" click on it.

Step 3:

There will be two buttons "OS X" and "IOS" you should click "IOS" if you have a Ipod, Ipad or Iphone.

Step 4:

Now on your IOS device open up safari and type in the address: beta.apple.com/profile then you will have to sign in with you apple id again.

Step 5:

After signing in you will have to scroll down and find the number 2 under it will say "Download Profile" click on it. Now it will say "Restart Device" tap yes if you want to or no if you want to install it later.

Step 6:

After the device has restarted you want to navigate to "Settings" - "General Settings" and tap "Software Update" and now it will begin downloading the public beta! Here's a screenshot of what mine looks like:
