Trojan Horse Clicker Cah In My Recycle Bin How Do I Get Rid Of It?

HI, new to this site. I ran some scans on my computer because it was running slow. Avg found a trojan horse clicker cah virus in my recycle bin. Spybot search and destroy and a-squared however did not pick it up. i tried to manually delete it but i cannot delete my recycle bin. can someone tell me what this virus is and how to get rid of it, please.

Restore the file and run the scans again, then run the scans in safe mode.
