Has anyone tried to use Open Office on win 10 yet. Any problems?

I used Open Office for years, but have come to prefer LibreOffice. Works great on Windows 10.

Thanks, Rocky. My 4.4.5 version transferred over from Win 7 when I upgraded, and I've been kinda waiting for confirmation that 5.0 works as well before fixing what ain't broke.

That looks tempting but my computer only meets the min. requirements to run 10 alone, never mind adding anything else.

I am also finding out that other than adding another stick of 4gb memory there is no other upgrade possible for me.

The CPU is soldered to the mother board and the motherboard will not support a 3GHZ processor that I can find locally and it will support no more memory.

I am kinda leary off adding many apps or programs. LOL

I have a good size Hard drive 500GB but it doesn't seem to run fast enough to realy support win 10.

Dannyboy I think you'll be OK to install Libre Office without it affecting the running of your PC.  It does not, to my knowledge, install any start up items or services that load in the background.  It'll only have any effect when you actually have the program open.
