I have provided a screen pic and a Microsoft link that I followed in an attempt to fix this myself, but I need more help as explorer keeps crashing after the attempted Microsoft fix.

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit on a Dell Optilex 745 and Window updates are current.  The explorer.exe is dated 1995.  Any suggestions?
