When I run Disk Clean Up, it gets to the initial three bars when checking the records (status bar says "pack old documents") and after that just hangs there? On the off chance that I shut it down and run it again, then it just never comes up by any stretch of the imagination.

please any one let me know the solution.

That doesn't sound like a typical Disk Cleanup message and Google doesn't reflect any such message.

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.
