If you don't have the update suggested by dvk01 try the following.

1. Press Windows Key + R combination, copy and paste lusrmgr.msc in Search box and press Enter to open the Local Users and Groups.

2. In the Local Users and Groups window, click Users from the left pane, then right-click on Administrator in the center pane and select Properties.

3. In the Administrator Properties window, uncheck the option Account is disabled. Click on Apply, then OK.
