Ok, just try this first.
Start up IE....
Click on Tools
...... then Internet Options
...... Then click on the Advanced
Scroll down to Multimedia
and make sure that you have ticks against...
- Play animations in web pages
- Show pictures
then click apply
you may have to restart IE for the changes to take place.
If this doesn't work, there is away that we can repair IE... if it has a problem.(but try this first)
Have you tried to access these web pages using another browser?
If not try that.
The best browser i can recommend would be 'Firefox

It's really easy to do and should only take about 5 minutes. (there is no problem having more than one browser on your pc.... i currently have 4 different ones)
