I have windows 7 professional and the live update feature is disabled.  It will not activate even when I am logged in as the administrator.  The last tiime I was able to get a live update was 07/01/2015.  What can I do to get this feature to activate?

I should have stated "Windows Update" vs. "Live Update".  Windows Update is disabled and I cannot connect to get the latest Windows update.

lease download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.

Checkmark the following checkboxes:
List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size.

Click Go and paste the content into your next post.

Also...please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic323892.html/page__p__1797792#entry1797792 , taking care to post the link of the snapshot in your next post.
