Windows 10 Upgrade Install

Ever since I have installed Windows 10 from a Windows 7 32bit machine, the BIOS screen is much slower to show the Windows logo on bootup. I would say it is at least a min of 3 minutes!! I have tried a few settings in BIOS, secure boot and UEFI, but this has made no difference at all. The machine is an ASUS M11 desktop with an Intel i5. Any thoughts or tips would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
