Is the difference making any difference?

A quick check of the AMD site doesn't give me a listing for either the HD7600 or the HD7670.

If you are not having any problem with your graphics and / or videos I'd let well enough alone. No need to fix it until it's broken.

Dick is right if it is working ok leave it be.  The system may be reading wrong or the 7600 was dropped from the line up, also slight possibilty yours was boxed wrong.  The only sure way to know is to run the FCC number on the card.

I can't find a Radeon HD 7600M listed anywhere.  I would think some drivers refer to "HD 7600M Series" though.  Here are the various 7600M series chips:

To verify you could use GPU-Z - https://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/SysInfo/GPU-Z/

Igot some of my info below and a few other links, I think the 7600 designation has been dropped.
