 Hello.. I am looking for help resolving a blue screen that instructs user to call a number and also pop-ups and I believe a search hijack.  I have followed your guide on posting questions in your Forums and have attached the appropriate files.  Thank-you for any assistance you may provide.

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

Yes, it looks like the fake BSOD hijack.
