I use AVG as my antivirus.  While I was downloading the paid version of Malwarebytes, it detected "Adware DealAPP. AJKK".

Malwarebytes is supposed to detect and remove adware, not install it?  Is Malwarebytes a rip off?  Does it actually have Adware in it?  Who should I use for malware and adware detection?

The safest practice is to use the vendor's official home site or an authorized mirror.

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware alternate download link 1
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware alternate download link 2

If AVG detected Malwarebytes from one of the above links, then it is a false positive.
