Please uninstall TuneUpUtilities as it has problems with one of it's device drivers.

Feel free to reinstall it AFTER we're done troubleshooting (if you'd like).

If it's already uninstalled, then reinstall and uninstall to attempt to remove the bad driver.

If it doesn't remove it (look in the perfmon report for the UNKNOWN device that's not working), post back for further suggestions on how to remove it.

Only 269 Windows Updates installed.  Most systems have 400 or more.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

You have a USB Wireless 802.11 b/g Adaptor:

I do not recommend using wireless USB network devices.
These wireless USB devices have many issues - using older drivers with them is almost certain to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have the latest  drivers - DO NOT use older drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.

This is looking like a hardware/low-level driver problem - but there are only 2 memory dumps uploaded with the reports.

If you are using a disk cleaning program (such as CCleaner), please stop while we're troubleshooting.

The memory dumps also are STOP 0x124's

But, they seem to show Avast, AVG, and MalwareBytes all running at the same time.

Do not have more than 1 antivirus and 1 firewall running at the same time.

Please uninstall MalwareBytes and AVG and see how the system reacts.

Should you want to reinstall MalwareBytes, be sure to opt out of the trial of the Pro version (as that's the component that loads into memory when Windows starts).

Beyond this, I have these 4 suggestions:
1.  Get ALL available Windows Updates.  It may take several trips to get them all
2.  Get ALL available updates from the manufacturer's website.
3.  Start with these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html
4.  If all of the hardware tests pass, then run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html
