Hi there,

Which OS are you using? The Windows Firewall from Vista and later is good enough for home users.

Do you have Windows Firewall Control set to block all outgoing connections (or similar, since I don't use it)?

I have Windows 10. On low filtering it allows all outbound connections that dont match a rule. on medium filtering all outbound connections that dont match a rule are block :(

It's best that you uninstall ZoneAlarm and use only Windows Firewall Control.

on medium filtering all outbound connections that dont match a rule are block

I wouldn't be surprised that your Internet connection is blocked on Medium level :)

So should i uninstall ZoneAlarm

I, also, recommend going w/ the Windows Firewall w/ defaults settings instead of Zone Alarm.
