ADWCleaner here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/

TDSS Killer here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/tdsskiller/

RogueKiller here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/roguekiller/

Malwarebytes here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/malwarebytes-anti-malware/

I would run CCleaner after each one personally but that's up to you

If you've tried these can you be more specific about what the ads say or where you're being re-directed to?

Good luck

I have tried what you suggested in the order you suggest and i am still having the same issues.

I had Internet Explorer and Firefox installed and have now uninstalled Firefox as it was starting to randomly open websites. Any browser also opens random new tabs whenever i mouseclick anywhere on the screen. I also have shopping ads running down the side of the browser. Some of the more frequent sites to open are things to do with adserv, connect001,54 etc.
