HI,I just down loaded PSI and tried to run a first scan and it says it is a undefined scan and it will not scan any further my other PC has PSI on it and runs with no problems at all did i miss part of the process i do have a icon on start menu,thanks

You may have downloaded the wrong version for your computer. From the web: Secunia


Scroll down this page and you will see all three versions of PSI.


Just activate the version 2 option and let it run. It will uninstall your current version as part of the new install.
