Hi, thanks for reading. I'm not super tech-savvy, so please bear with me!
My BT hub lost connection this morning, but after a few minutes it was able to get it back. My laptop reconnected to the wifi with no problem, but my Windows 7 (64bit Optiplex GX620) didn't, and upon further inspection it seems to be unable to detect any wireless connections.
When going to 'Network and Internet' -> 'Network Connections' only the 'Local Area Connection' appears. There is no wireless connection.
I've taken a screenshot of the network adapters in the device manager, as I understand from what I've read online that this is where the problem might lie.
I don't know which adapters are relevant to the wireless, so I'm not sure what I should be doing next! Could someone please lend some guidance?
