Computer is taking abnormal long after booting up.  I eneter in my password and it absursly long to bring up the desktop.  When I clicking on webpages often clocks.

I have completed step 1 as referenced here

1. Download the Sysnative BSOD Dump + System File Collection App - save to Documents folder - http://www.sysnative.com/apps/SysnativeBSODCollectionApp.exe

Does the assistance work the same way in the malware section, where someone works with you?

It's similar, but we also tend to help out in topics that others are working.  So there may be several people helping out.

For me, please also upload this report:

Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog)
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

FYI - If we're looking for Event ID 41 errors (unexplained shutdowns), there's more info on that here:  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2028504

While waiting for a reply, please monitor your temps with this free utility:  http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

Thanks for getting back to me.  When I try to save as admin.evtx  I get an error message saying invalid data.  I have tried x3 now same message everytime.  I should note after I hit save a dialouge box comes up saying display information and lists the english langiage.  Whether I select that or not it says invalid data.

Can you post a couple of screen shots of the first couple of screens?

In your first post you state that you've completed the Sysnative app - could you please zip up and upload the results from that?

I'd start by uninstalling MalwareBytes as it may be conflicting with your other antivirus

You should only have 1 antivirus and 1 firewall running in memory at a time.  MalwareBytes is included because it's Pro version (and the trial) runs resident in memory and may be interfering with the other antivirus'

If that doesn't stop it, then please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

The driver verifier looks intimidating to me.  Not confident I could figure out what do if it went sideways, which it sounds like a real possibility.

Anything else I should be checking?

One thing to note is when ever I try to defrag the computer it does not complete.

The Driver Verifier procedure has worked for many people over the years.  It doesn't often go sideways, but booting to Safe Mode is the way to fix it.

The only problem there is if it crashes before the shift into Safe Mode - then you'll have to use System Restore

The reports are incomplete/missing information and you're having problems generating standard Windows reports - all that says "Windows corruption" to me.

Yet the only reports that I've been able to access don't show many problems (not enough to support my theory that it's Windows corruption - so another possibility could be a malware infection.

As such, I'd suggest that you post over in the "Am I Infected" forum to see if that may be the cause:  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/103/am-i-infected-what-do-i-do/
Please read the pinned topics at the top of the forum for instructions on how to post there.

I have been working with satchfan prior to this and at this we are pretty confident Malware is not in play.  Any other windows settings  I should be checking at this time?

Can you remove the hard drive and see if it boots in BIOS or displays a normal screen? Have you tried safemode and check the difference?
