it's permissions regarding my firewall..which i was told was causing problems with SettingSyncHost...my AV/FIREWALL has been acting up since windows 10 upgrade internet browsing effected..also firewall driver causing blue screen of death. re-installed but came back with bad permissions, affected internet, then removed and tried to install again but kept failing to install. Think it's basically incompatible with windows 10..tried re-installing windows 10 refreshing windows 10 and a/v..but windows 10 only seems stable with different AV/firewall.

Which Antivirus do you have, and does it come with its own firewall?
