Outlook suddenly stopped sending/receiving email from our server (Cox.net) I contacted Cox support and they confirmed server is good. My email is all intact on the webmail so I know the problem is with Outlook. Have attempted numerous times to enter my email again in outlook settings , both by manual and automatic options. Have also used different ports suggested by Cox support. No luck in any of the options. Continue to get message that email cannot connect to server. Other people in house with same server are working fine. Any suggestion?....beyond removing outlook and reinstalling?
