Hi all.

I recently installed Dashlane but now i cannot get rid of it. I've gone down the normal route of Control Panel/Programs/Uninstall a Program, but Dashlane doesn't appear in Programs. Most odd!!

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Les

Have look via 'Windows Explorer' in your 'Program files' or Program files(x86)' folder on your 'C' drive and see if there is a file called 'Uninstall.exe' or 'Dashlane_uninstall.exe' there, or some name like that. If there is, double click on it to start the uninstaller running.

If that doesn't work you could install the 'Reco' uninstaller, a free download from BC, which you can get here :-

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/revo-uninstaller/

It is very effective at uninstalling stubborn programs and comes with a very effective uninstaller of its own if you don't want to keep it.
