Ghostery flags 2 Facebook trackers.  In this sub-forum they are gone.  In Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs  there is one, Facebook Connect.  As I move around the subforums they come/go, weird.  Both are for Facebook.  I've only seen the 2 for about a month now, but it seems like the 2 move around the different pages at will.  Right now in this sub-forum it shows 0.  In the Windows 7 Forum, it has Facebook Connect.  When I Sign In it shows both trackers.  I can't find the second one now, spooky.  I'm not sure what to make of it ... is that why they call it Ghostery?  - R

Facebook, Google, Yahoo and a couple of other sites that I can't recall at the moment, have spiders who crawl our site and index it. Facebook is not the only one you'll find. The others are more subtle than Zucks bugs.

The creepiest thing about trackers is that they follow you everywhere. Social sites, shopping sites, Youtube or Netflix. No matter where you go, but with ad/tracking blockers such as Adblocker or VPN's you are virtually anonymous.
