I am using Windows 10 Home OS on an Acer Aspire ATC-605-UR13 Desktop. Sometimes, after walking away from the computer for several minutes I come back and find this error on a blue screen. The only way to get out of this is to shutdown and re-start.

Any thought or suggestions on what is wrong here.

This sounds like a hardware issue.  You could contact the vendor about this but in the meantime the best work around I think would be to shutdown the machine while it isn't in use.

This error is a STOP 0x119 error (BSOD).  Although not seen very often, there are some details on it here:  http://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html#0x00000119

As it says, it's a problem with the video scheduler - so the place to start is with the video card:

1)  Monitor your system's video temperatures (if available) with this free tool: http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html
2)  Update video drivers to the latest compatible version for your system - preferably from the Intel/AMD/nVidia website (depending on what type of video card you have)

3)  If that doesn't fix it, then run these free hardware diagnostics:
