Well I hacked it myself. I downloaded the latest java again. After I restored my system. Maybe I downloaded it incorrectly or screwed up deleting the older version java. The syschost was taking up a lot of cpu and I saw a Windows update going on??? I had no notices what so ever, however during the mess of trying to fix the hard drive was always running and I kept getting a message that I didn't have enough disk space....odd because over 75% is free. Windows is sneaky and this caused a lot of headache although some was self imposed.

Yeah, it was kind of confusing why I was having so much trouble getting through the reinstall of java update. After the system restore was completed the "critical" windows update that was installed after the restore point I chose began reinstalling itself behind the scenes. I always manually accept all my updates, but in this case since the file being "critical" no update notice is given and my computer was bogging down since all the CPU was being eaten up.
