The old, crappy CPU I'm using right now is basically on its last legs. I need to buy a new one quickly, but I'm on a tight budget of around $300.

This computer will only be for fairly basic use. I won't be doing any gaming outside of some occasional Warcraft III. I would mostly be doing office/eBay work, surfing the web, listening to music and watching/streaming videos. I just need something that works, really. My computer I'm on now can't even run Youtube on fullscreen.

I'm not very savy when it comes to computer tech, so I could really use some advice. I'm basically wondering if I could go into Best Buy and pick something up like this and be okay. Any suggestions would be very welcome, as well.

Thank you!

To get more machine for you money, if you're comfortable with going with a refurbished machine, I'd recommend checking out the refurbished machine from New Egg.  I'd recommend the HP or Dell machines, these are most likely off lease machines that came from businesses.
