videos stuck In quality of 1080p HD

After the videos are loaded.

in quality of 720p hd, no problem,
in other operating system there is no problem,
so how fix this?

RAMIA, does this have anything to do with your other open Topics, here? 






Also, a little more details are needed. Like 'in what other operating system there is no problem'. Which is the 'other' OS? 


Plus, if all three of these Topics are related, you need to keep all responses & questions in the same one. Having two or more Topics for one issue confuses everyone trying to assist you. I'm not trying to ride your back, rather trying to assist. Keeping everything together helps if it's related, even if it ends up being 10-15 pages long. All of these Topics seems to be video related.

Performing full disc images weekly and keeping important data off of the 'C' drive as generated can be the best defence against Malware/Ransomware attacks, as well as a wide range of other issues.
