Hi Everyone.

All at once,,whenever I try to log on to a Web site,I get the above message,which blocks me.

        What has gone wrong,and,how do I get rid of it.

                                      I use Windows 7 IE11 Norton internet security on a 64 bit PC.

Is the Date and Time correct on this computer?
