I just upgraded to Win 10 from Win 7.

I get Error 0x800f081f when run DISM.exe and it states the source file can't be found.  When I run SFC scannow I get nine files that can't be repaired,    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Lets fix the SFC Corruption

Download SFCFix from here

Open File Explorer
Go to Downloads
Move SFCFix.exe to Desktop

Download SFCFix.zip

Warning! Please read this first.
[b]This fix is intended for markw43's computer. If you have a similar problem, trying this fix might result in damage to your computer. Create a new thread with your problem

Open File Explorer
Go to Downloads
Move SFCFix.zip to Desktop (Do not extract it)

Drag SFCFix.zip to SFCFix.exe

Let it repair it

Open the SFCFix.txt log which should be located in Desktop
Copy and paste the opened log

After you are done, restart your computer

Open Command Prompt in Administrator Mode by

Pressing Windows + X
Click Command Prompt (Admin)
If a User Account Control warning comes warning you that command prompt wants to make changes to your computer, click Yes
type

sfc /scannow

This will take a while, so take a break

When it finishes, type

copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"

You will find cbs.txt in Desktop
Attach it for your next post

Did it found corruption?

You need to rerun sfc /scannow if it found corruption. After you are done, you must immediately use this command

copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"

This is because cbs log will log the results of sfc for a limited time.

No problem, I'll wait for Microsoft to come up with a patch/repair for the dism.  Thank you for helping with the sfc /scannow.

Regards,

Mark W.
