Can anyone suggest a smartphone that will successfully run both the BARLCLAYS MOBILE BANKING APP. and the MYBARCLAYCARD app.?

If you were able to download it off of Google Play and it's not compatible with your device. You should contact the developer listed on the Google Play app page and work with them.

Have contacted BARCLAYS, with no success.
Since the initial attempt on my TABLET indicated that the TABLET was incompatible with the app, I contacted ACER support, with the same result.

how are you accessing Google Play, via the website https://play.google.com/ or via the app? What device (Make and model) are you trying to use it on?

Have tried app.store & your suggested link, both downloaded, but still no success.
My phone is GSmart Aku smartphone.
Am considering purchasing a more mainstream phone, but cautious of spending a lot of money & still failing.
