If you are still able to boot into some form of Windows then AWESOME!!
In terms of Recovery Options, Windows 10 Has System Restore Available that you can attempt to do to try to Restore the System to before the Update was Installed and then you can just not install it, and/or hide the Update if it appears again.
Windows 10 is still new, so hard to find How To's Readily Available, but its similar to Windows 8.1/8 and the Restore Process is explained Here :: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/windows-8-system-restore-guide/
You Can Also attempt to Uninstall the Windows10 Update itself through the Application Wizard and see if that helps remedy the issue.
