Windows 10 wont sleep(nor monitor) if game controller plugged in

I set monitor to turn off after 15 minutes and computer to sleep after 3 hours, none of that works unless i disconnect game controller, than it works perfectly. is there any way to solve this or i just to wait for microsoft to release some kind of update?

settings-> system-> power & sleep-> Additional plan settings-> change plan settings-> change advanced power settings->  sleep-> allow wake timers-> disable


had the same problem with the monitor and this fixed it for me
