How can I fix my CPU

I am having trouble with my CPU. Sometimes its has hanging and auto restart. Sometimes it is hang beating and going to auto stop. I have check all of the RAM, Hard Disk, Power Supply everything. At the time I connected the company for computer repair. He also suggestion to and i think its better for me. But I would like to know why it is being repeated. Please to the right and good advice.

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
Click Go and paste the content into your next post.
Also...please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic323892.html/page__p__1797792#entry1797792 , taking care to post the link of the snapshot in your next post.
