just tried to do a phone validation with Mircrosoft tech. They said to call back in 3 days due to server issues.  There have been issues with my machines for more than 3 years. The latest updates (2-2015 to the most recent) have addressed these issues but not solved them. Something has taken over my networks and somehow corrupted the bios in several different computers. All get configured as client machines during setup.
