To make things a Little faster to start up you should check out this site as it will tell you what can be stopped from starting

Which site? Can they also help to get rid of those services that are stopped in msconfig (see picture on my post nr 12)? I just want a normal startup. so I now for sure everything is ok.

I have one thing to say that I tried before posting here.

I downloaded sanitycheck 3.0, when running (or installing) it asked that it has to enable some registry keys. A reboot was necessary . it also explained how to disable those registry keys (expert mode, then something about restore ... flag).

After reboot, desktop appears then suddenly I only see a purple bacground (windows 8 let you choose colours as background). I could not do anything, I hit cntr alt del, windows opens but could not end windows explorer proces to make it start a new one.

I do noticed that avast was very buzy( 100% harddisk).

after a while I forced the system to shut off (pressing power button for long time). after reboot I disabled avast for a while.

After that I tried the scan sanitycheck 3.0 , it worked, I don't think it found anything.

But my quesiton: do I have to go to expert mode to make those changes of registry keys  default?? or is everyhting ok after the cleaning?

Hello haramo

.
Sanity check I have never heard of Sanity check so cannot comment on that - the site I linked to will tell you what you can and cannot turn off thru MSconfig but MSconfig does not tell you what needs to be deleted it tells you what is there and the state it is in
