After reinstalling Windows 7 on my desktop the USB Controller and Network Controller are both under 'Other Devices.' I cannot connect to my wifi or use the two USB slots on the front of my computer.

You need to install the network drivers...the USB controller drivers should have installed with Windows.

System manufacturer and model?

I got my computer from Cyberpower PC, I'm not sure where to find the model number. I'm sorry if my lack of knowledge is frustrating...

Also, the USB drives in the back work fine, but the two in the front won't work at all.

Do you have a motherboard or drivers disk which came with the system?

If so, please run it...it should automatically install any missing motherboard drivers.
