I sat at my computer and turned it on after it had been in sleep mode, and in the top right corner I noticed a strange small "box" with "Tajikistan" written, and beneath it something like "0mb". I restarted the computer and it isn't currently there, but any idea what it is?

OK, thanks!

It's not there since I restarted the computer earlier today, but if it reappears I will take a screen shot and post it.
