In first place, i wanna excuse me about the english. I'm not a native.

That's my problem:

I was tryin to print today then my system started getting really slow and i could not print.

I checked the Task Manager and then i realized that printfilterpipelinesvc.exe was using a high amount of my memory (over 1Gb).

Searching about the process in google i found a lot of references, most of them advising to download some files to fix this problem. I've not tried these downloads, 'cause i didn't know about the safety of them.

Then, how can I solve this problem?

Have you seen http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/563144/printfilterpiplelinesvcexe-high-cpumemory-usage-and-i-cant-print/? They didn't say what the problem was but it walks you through the process of making sure your computer is not infected.
