right now my laptop overheats like crazy and msi afterburner is my only rescue but im afraid that i will damage my fans....whats best for me to put on fan speed update period (in milliseconds) and should i click force fan speed update on each period?

heres my specs just incase if that helps...intel core i5 3230m 2,60ghz ,   amd raedon hd 7600m series,   8gb ram...and would be pretty nice if u could tell me what fan speed i should put at what temp(fan curve)....i dont know what i should put without damaging my fans....
