Please post the exact error message.

Please do the following.

1.  Press the Windows key  windowskey_zps092d5c75.png and the X key at the same time.  Select Command Prompt (Admin).  This will open the Elevated Command Prompt and run is as an administrator.

2)  In the Elevated Command Prompt copy and paste the following commands one at a time followed by pressing Enter for each command.

ipconfig /flushdns

nbtstat -R

nbtstat -RR

netsh int reset all

netsh int ip reset

netsh winsock reset

3)  Restart the computer and see if this has resolved your problem.

Open command prompt with administrator rights. Next type this exactly shown "ipconfig /flushdns". After you've done that, restart the computer and power cycle any router and/or modem you may have.

You have an open topic in Am I Infected...to which you never responded:  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/584711/chrome-pop-ups/ .

@Louis

If the op has an active topic in the AII forum, why is this topic still open?

@trevorcork

Why have you not responded to buddy215's response to your topic in the Am I Infected?

IMO...your response to the AII topic warrants a deeper look in that forum.

This topic is closed to avoid confusion, pending final results of the Am I Infected topic.  Please continue the AII topic to conclusion.
