Computer frequently BSODs.

When started in safe mode with networking, boot hangs for 10-15 seconds at AMDKMAFD.SYS

Memtest returns no errors

Contrary to PERFMON report, Webrooot's AV and firewall are installed and active.

I'll respond in more detail later on (I'm late for work) - either tonight or tomorrow AM.

In the meantime, please update your MAD graphics driver. (oops!  I meant AMD!)

If it's a laptop, get it from the Dell support website

If it's a desktop, get it from the AMD website

Then,

- uninstall the current graphics drivers from Control Panel...Programs and Features

- install the freshly downloaded graphics drivers

- monitor for further problems

Also, if you're able, check to ensure that the video card is getting adequate cooling, that the fan is working, that the cooler is free of dust/dirt/hair/etc

Be sure that you remove all power and ground yourself before messing around inside the case.

If it's a laptop, just blow out the vents with canned air - DO NOT attempt to open the case.

Volume Dirty Bit is set on you disk (C:).  Run CHKDSK /F to repair it (if possible)

If that doesn't fix it, then you'll have to wipe and format the drive before reinstalling Windows.

THIS MUST BE FIXED.

Your UEFI/BIOS (version 1.1.3) dates from 2009.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.

Hundreds of GenieTimelineService.exe errors in the WER section of MSINFO32
Also lot's of GSTimeLineAgent.exe errors

These are most likely from the Genie Timeline program.

Please uninstall it while we're troubleshooting.  Feel free to install the latest, W7 compatible version one the system has been stabilized.

Your NEC USB 3.0 drivers date from 2009.  Drivers of this type weren't very stable until 2011 - and would often cause BSOD's.  Please update them to the latest, Win7 compatible version.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Just realized the USB 3 ports are on an expansion card, which in now removed, so the USB drivers are no longer an issue.

USB 3.0 drivers are still showing in memory dumps.

Have you had any BSOD's since removing the expansion card?

The dumps were made before I realized that the USB 3 ports were on an expansion card, not the mother board.

So far, no BSODs since removing the card... fingers are crossed, THANKS so much for your assistance.
