Refresh a page in win 8.1

Ok in win 7 i used to right click on a page and theirs refresh or click on F5 but how do i do that for win 8.1  ?    thanks

Dang no short cut key their for page refresh but assume theirs one somewhere : (

Im using windows 8.1 and on my computer the f5 key works in internet explorer for refreshing a page on the internet and theres also a refresh arrow where it shows the url of the site your on.
