Scan from safe mode with combofix or vipre rescue.

If that is not to your liking reformat and reinstall

Hello sp1ke0kill3e,

Please read this topic about Combofix: ComboFix usage, Questions, Help? - Look here

Combofix does not work on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.

I would like to help you to remove malware. Let's look inside.   :busy:

But I don't know to solve all PC problems.  :smash:

Dark Ranger, Sevac and Bleepin Janitor.

Yea that's correct. Sorry about that.  I was actually not really thinking about SpyhUnter. Rather the "more problems and more viruses." but that woulld not have worked anyway do to the WIN10 restriction.  Two questions, Why no suppport for win 8 and up?

and I've used CF where the window will just keep blinking all over the screen any ideas?

If you attempt to use ComboFix on Windows 10, Windows 8.1, or Windows 2000 it typically provides a message alert and exits. These are generic messages and intentional by design when attempting to run ComboFix on an unsupported Windows version.
