Just got done reformating and reinstall with factory settings.  Creating restore points after any download.  Tried to download Rkill with Firefox and I added BC to the allow popups from this site.  In the bottom left of screen there was a flash of a bar that said something about linkedin and something transferred but there were no downloads anywhere on search or download folders.  Not sure what to do

Not sure what the problem is based on the limited description provided.

You can try this RKill direct download link

or this RKill Alternate download link.

If this is a browser issue, you can try using another browser or downloading from another computer, saving to a usb stick and transferring RKill to the computer you want to run the tool on.
