RAMIA, you should really convert your Hebrew to English.  At least for me, it is very hard to understand you.  With this kind of technical information it is no good.

Doing a Windows backup while dual booting linux can be difficult. You can try Macrium Free. This lets you backup any partition on the drive. I would do this to an external drive and not to a USB flash stick though. Make sure you create bootable rescue media using the program. This would let you recover the partition if the drive does not boot. It would also be a good idea to create a boot rescue disk for linux in case grub gets corrupted if you recover the XP partition.

Using Macrium to create a image lets you explore the image in windows using a virtual drive so you can recover any file in the image.

When the Macrium Windows appears you should see  your XP partition listed. Check the box underneath and use the dropdown to select image this partiion only or you can select the whole disk.
