Hello, Please forgive the limited knowledge that I have when dealinbg with this. I am trying to download Service Filter to help with a virus called #bmwa.che. Each time i download SF the computer tells me I have to right click and then click extract all files. I am running XP Home as my OS and when i right click there is no Extract all Files link. Any suggestions?

can you get to websites... and download stuff?

if so could you go to the following site:
Ultimate Zip
and download the latest full version (UltimateZip 2.7.1 Us version)
would be ok for most people... dont get the Beta version...
install this and then you will be able to extract the files you need.

it is freeware to everybody... though if you want to donate to the
developer, he would be much appreciative!
