How about telling us what you have tried so we don't get into making suggestions for things you've already tried.

This app will list your user shell folders.

Download/run it - http://www.sysnative.com/apps/shell_folders_jcgriff2.bat

A Notepad will open.  Post the contents in your next post.

For info - my Windows 8.1 system's shell folders - should be the same in W7 -

How about telling us what you have tried so we don't get into making suggestions for things you've already tried.

1.Tried to reset Shell Folders Paths into Defaults

2.Tried to Check if something isnt wrong with them Via regedit  doesnt seem anything wrong yet doesnt work.

3. I tried this http://www.sevenforums.com/free-developer-programs-projects/40916-shellfolderfix-manage-folder-window-positions-size.html

4. I tried Microsoft Fix It
