Unable to open settings after upgrade to windows 10

I upgraded from windows 8 to 10.  Now I can't open settings.


The scf has said there are files that are corrupt and can't be fixed.


I am attaching the log.


Thanks for any help on resolving this issue.

Found a site that helped and fixed the problem with the settings not opening.  Still not sure of corrupted files.

Thanks for posting your update. There was a poster here who had a similar issue that was never able to sort it out. This may help.

After two days I just went back to 8.1.
