Hi all,

to be honest I registered to this forum only to give a solution to a pending problem of one of your users. Thought it could be helpful since I had the same problem and solved it :)

In any case I appreciate your work, this is really a cool forum!

Since I still can't comment the related thread, can someone of the admins add my answer to the following thread? http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/586219/jsbankerba-please-help/

I was following this topic since I had the same problem. I was able to solve it on Avira forum and, in order to avoid you a waste of time and energies, I can confirm you that this seems to be a False Positive. The bank released a confirmation about that as well: https://www.picert.it/postepay-segnalazione-falso-positivo-software-antivirus/

pure io mi son preso un bello spavento quando mi è sbucata fuori questa segnalazione!!

Hope that this information could be helpful to you :)

The topic you wanted to respond to is in Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs.

That forum is highly restricted-replies can only be made by the person who started the topic, members of the Malware Removal Team, designated Study Hall Seniors and BC staff moderators and above.

We have special rules in place with regards to malware removal to ensure that members only receive help in this complex and critical area of support from those we know are well informed and have been highly trained in the use of tools used in MRL and for security.

At the top of the Malware Removal Logs Forum is this

Only members of the Malware Response Team or Moderators are allowed to help people with logs.

In addition, there is also this on the main forum index page, under Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs:

For security purposes, only authorized personnel may respond to requests for assistance.

Before the system was changed there were good intentioned members who wanted to help and did post to log topics even though they should not have. Anytime this happened, the replies were removed from the topic.

The policy also prevents "Me to, I have the same problem" posts in MRL topics.
