Upgraded from 7 to 10 lost my wireless adapters

After my upgrade I can not get on line.  I do not have any wireless adapters to choose from and have all the current drivers for my BIOS and REALTEK LAN.  It says my 802.1n is there but its just not recognizing it.  Does anyone have any ideas I an try?
